Dear Mr. Kadera,
The City has reviewed the proposed East Prospect Estates and recommends
approval, but does have a concern that the project is inconsistent with the
Land Use Plan which shows this as rural development. which will act as a
holding zone for future urbanization/annexation. This project will make it
difficult for the City to annex this area.
