Final Plat Approval
To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this correspondence is to request an extension for final
plat approval of East Prospect Estates. We are requesting this extension
for the following two reasons:
1. One of the partners is deceased, thereby causing delay, and
2. There has been some delay in the engineering.
Please find the enclosed extension fee and we respectfully request the
extension for a period of six months in order to get everything complete
for the final approval.
