Dear Mr. Day:
At the November 21, 1988 Planning and Zoning Board meeting, the Board
voted 7-0 to recommend denial of the East Prospect Estates Subdivision Exten-
sion Request.
The basis for the Board's recommendation was that the approved subdivision is
inconsistent with adopted plan and policies and therefore, the project should be
allowed to expire.
