As of January 1st, 2021, these fees will be collected on all projects for inspections. The Erosion Control fees are based off; the number of lots, the total site disturbance, the estimated number of years the project will be active and the Stormwater Inspection Fees are based on the number of LID/WQ Features that are designed for on this project. Based upon the materials submitted we are assuming 1 lot, 4.65 acres of disturbance, 1 year from demo through build out of construction and an additional 2 years till full vegetative stabilization due to seeding. Which results in an Erosion Inspection Fee of $ 1,172.09. Based on 1 bioretention facility provides for an estimate of Stormwater LID/WQ Inspection fee of $ 315.00. The fee will need to be provided at the time of erosion control escrow. I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet used to arrive at these fee amounts for your review.United Civil Response: Noted, thank you.Department: Technical ServicesContact: Jeff County, 9702216588, jcounty@fcgov.comTopic: Construction DrawingsComment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 12/30/202002/03/2021: FOR FINAL APPROVAL:Please revise the Benchmark Statement as marked.
