The proposed project is commonly referred to as a Blue Spruce Farm Annexation and Zoning, #33-87, A. The applicant is seeking approval to annex approximately 173.24 acres and rezone to T - Transition. The property is located east of Timberline Road, south of Drake Road. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
