Re: Shoreline P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Shepard,
I would like to update you to our efforts related to submitting recording
documents for the above referenced project.
As you know we had given all the recording documents to Mr. Blue's agent
Stoner Realty, for procurement of the appropriate signatures. To date,
we have had the final P.U.D. site plan and the plat returned to us with
all of the necessary signatures. We have not yet received the development
agreement or the landscape covenant.
Currently these documents are being reviewed by the legal counsel of
Mellon Financial Services, all other signatures have been executed.
I hope that his situation does not adversly affect the status of the
Shoreline P.U.D. approval. We are anticipating the return of all the
recording documents within the next few weeks and ask for your generous
indulgence in this matter. If you have any questions, please do not
hesitate to call upon us.
