This letter is written on behalf of The Landings Community Association
in reference to your letter of July 13, 1987 announcing the public hearing
for the proposed P.U.D., titled The Shoreline P.U.D. Your Case Number
#3287.
The Landings Board of Directors believes that planning and zoning should
only consider this project for approval if the Developer agrees to annex
this P.U.D. into The Landings Community Association. Architecture of the
P.U.D. is of great importance to the members of The Landings, as this
proposed development will be quite visible to many residents of The
Landings. Further, rights to Warren Lake and Harmony Reservoir are only
available to members of The Landings.
Thank you for your time. Again we strongly urge you to require that The
Shoreline P.U.D. be required to join The Landings Community Association.
