Re: Patterson MLD County Referral
Dear Mr. Theobald,
The City Staff has reviewed the Patterson MLD and recommends approval with
the following conditions:
1. Additional 20'feet be dedicated as public right-of-way, plus 15'
feet dedicated as a utility easement. These dedications should be
reflected on the final plat.
2. The property owner(s) agrees to annex in to the City when the prop-
erty becomes eligible.
