P.O. Box 1190 Fort Collins, CO 80522-1190 RE: Vacation of Corte LaPaz Road Easement PFA does not recommend the vacation of the Corte LaPaz Road easement in Serra Monte Highlands. As you know, a subdivision with only one point of access exceeding 660', poses severe response problems to emergency response agencies if that single point of access is blocked. This easement while not a second point of access at this time, provides the opportunity for a future access point. Removal of this easement will make future access impossible.
