Last year, Judy and William Basow requested that Corte La Paz in Serramonte
Highlands be vacated. The City of Fort Collins recommended denial as they
were concerned that traffic circulation would be disrupted in the future
and the application was withdrawn. Since a new development in this area
has been approved and the vacation of Corte Saratoga was granted, tl-L- Basows
wish to reinstate their application.
Enclosed is a copy of their application for review as I suggested to Mrs.
Basow that would be necessary prior to reinstatement of the application.
