RE: VACATION OF CORTE LA PAZ IN SERRAMONTE HIGHLANDS
Serramonte Highlands Subdivision is an existing development which does
not comply with current access requirements in regard to single point of
access. Corte La Paz could provide a second point of access to future
development to the west, thus providing better emergency access into
existing development, as well as new development. For this reason,
Poudre Fire Authority would not support vacation of this street access.
