Box 1190 Fort Collins, CO. 80522-1190 Re: Request to vacate Corte La Paz in Serramonte Highlands Dear Ms. Dickinson, The City Staff_ has reviewed the vacation request and recommends denial. Serramonte Highlands Subdivision is an existing development which does not comply with current access requirements in regard to single point of access. The property to the west does not have a master plan approved for it. Depending on the land use for the property to the west Corte La Paz could provide a second point of access to the future development, thus pro- viding better emergency access into existing development, as well as new development.
