Subdivision and Zoning Matters

Commissioners Bolton, Norman, Buell, Moore, VanHorn, Keiss, and Chairman
Mohler
MEMBER ABSENT:
Commissioner Graves
STAFF PRESENT:
Henry R. Baker, Planning Director; Al Kadera, Subdivision Administrator;
Jerry White, Zoning Administrator; Mary Clark, Recording Secretary
MINUTES:
The Minutes of the July 22, 1987, meeting were presented for approval.
Commissioner Moore indicated that Commissioner Keiss's name was misspelled
and that the minutes should reference the consent items specifically for
clarification --Items 1, 3 & 4 were consent items. Commissioner Norman
moved to approve the minutes with the corrections noted; Commissioner Moore
seconded the motion. It received unanimous voice approval.
CONSENT ITEMS:
Commissioner VanHorn moved to recommend approval of Items #1 and #2 as
follows; Commissioner Buell seconded the motion. It received unanimous
voice approval.
ITEM #1: SLATON REZONING:
Approval of the rezoning from C-Commercial to FA -Farming, and waiver of the
UGA phasing criteria for public sewer and public street capacity.
ITEM #2: KRIEGER'S SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT
Approval of the Preliminary Plat of Krieger Subdivision with the following
conditions:
1. The final plat of Krieger Subdivision shall be completed in strict
conformance with the conditionally approved preliminary plat and with the
requirements of the Sub.divison Resolution.
2. The following notes shall be placed on the final plat:
