Dear Resident:
On Monday, May 4, 1987, from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m., at Riffenburgh Elementary
School, 1320 Stuart Street, the staff of the Planning Department will hold
a public information meeting on a proposed development in your neighbor-
hood. The proposed project is commonly know as Martin Luther Group Home -
Group Hcme Review.
The applicants are requesting a group home, an operation which will be
restricted to a four bed facility for developmentally disabled adolescents,
with no more than two staff present at any one time. The proposed group
have is located at 2100 Eastwood Drive and is zoned RLP, Low Density
Planned Residential.
The purpose of the Monday, May 4th meeting is to present the proposed
development plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project
and receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The
Staff would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot
attend, written comments may be sent.
