The enclosed informational packet was prepared by Joe Frank of the City
Planning Staff who is the project planner for a group home license in the
Indian Hills neighborhood. 1 am forwarding a copy to you since the informa-
tion may promote further understanding on the City's role in the licensing
process. Please review the documents carefully and discuss with your fellow
neighbors. I strongly encourage you to maintain contact with City Staff to
avoid any confusion as to the public review procedure.
As I recall, you inquired about a list of all licensed group homes currently
in the City. This information is not available in list form but all current
group homes are indicated on the City zoning map in the Planning Department
office. Please feel free to visit our office to inspect this map and I will
be glad to assist you if necessary.
