HomeMy WebLinkAboutMARTIN LUTHER GROUP HOME - 24-87 - - STAFF'S PROJECT COMMENTS0 • CITY OF FORT COLLINS OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, PLANNING DEPARTMENT May 20, 1987 Dr. Sharon Jacksi 2629 Redwing Road, #325 Fort Collins, CO 80525 Dear Dr. Jacksi, The City Staff has completed its review of Martin Luther Group Home, 2100 Eastwood Drive, and has the following comments: 1. Please provide a definition of "developmentally disabled". 2. Everitt obtained a temporary connection to the water service on this lot to establish some trees in the greenbelt along the railroad tracks east of this development. No fees were paid at that time so they will be assessed when a building permit is taken out. The owner should be certain the water service is shut off before excavating for the foundation. Revisions reflecting these comments are due by noon on June 3, 1987. Items that cannot be shown graphically or noted on the plans should be addressed in writing. PMT reductions of all plans, color renderings, and 10 full size copies of all plans are due by June 15, 1987. All final documents are due by June 18, 1987.
