Dear Ms. deBesche:
In regard to your letter of 5/20/87, I would make the following
responses to the city staff comments as requested:
1. Definition of developmentally disabled
A Developmental Disability means a disability that is
manifested before the person reaches 22 years of age;
constitutes a substantial handicap to the affected
individual; and is attributable to mental retardation
or related conditions which include cerebral palsy,
epilepsy, autism or other neurological conditions when
such conditions result in impairment of general
intellectual functioning or adaptive behavior similar
to that of mentally retarded persons.
2. Temporary water service connection
Payment of water service will be done at the time the
building permit is taken out. Everitt Homes will ensure
the water is turned off before doing foundation
excavation.

planning and zoning board meeting and the final documentation needed.
