Development Phasing Schedule:
The Paradigm ODP is a commercial development to be constructed in multiple phases.
Subsequent PDP and FCP plans will be submitted for each phase as required. Phasing for
construction of could occur over a 5 to 15 year period depending on market demand.
Statement of Proposed Ownership/Maintenance of Public & Private Open Space Areas:
Common open space areas within the Paradigm ODP will be privately owned and maintained.
Open space areas within the I-25 ROW will be maintained by CDOT and/or the City.
