IF THE CONTRACTOR FINDS DISCREPANCIES THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE ENGINEER. 2.CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NECESSARY TEMPORARY RE-VEGETATION DURING CONSTRUCTION AND THROUGH SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. 3.EROSION CONTROL PRACTICES, SITE PROTECTION, AND REVEGETATION METHODS SHALL FOLLOW CITY REGULATIONS. 4.IN ADDITION TO THE EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHOWN ON THIS DRAWING, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE, COORDINATE WITH, AND UPDATE AS REQUIRED, THE STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPP) FOR THIS PROJECT. 5.ANY AREAS USED FOR STOCKPILING AND/OR STAGING SHOULD ALSO HAVE SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROL MEASURES AS NECESSARY. THESE AREAS SHOULD BE LOCATED AT LEAST 100' AWAY FROM DRAINAGE WAYS. THE SWMP SHOULD BE UPDATED TO SHOW THESE AREAS AND SEDIMENT AND EROSION CONTROL ITEMS. THE ITEMS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO VEHICLE TRACKING CONTROL, SILT FENCE, CONSTRUCTION FENCE, CONCRETE WASHOUT, AND SEDIMENT TRAP. 6.CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL SEDIMENT, MUD, CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, OR OTHER POTENTIAL POLLUTANTS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN DISCHARGED TO OR, ACCUMULATE IN, THE FLOW LINES AND PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF THE CITY, AS A RESULT OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT OR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
