Re: Park south Commercial Plaza, Lot 2-B, Autawash Car Care Ccnter: formal request for
30-day extension.
Ron,
On behalf of the owner we formally request a 30-day extension to our resubmittal deadline of
June 14, 2000. We understand this resubmittal must resolve all outstanding issues raised by the
City's various departments, which will then lead to our rescheduling of a final review by the
hearing officer.
A collective parking agreement is still being pursued with the Carmike Theater as it is in the
best interest of both patties to share the sidewalk and landscaping required along the east
property line. A copy of this agreement will be forwarded to the City of Fort Collins Current
Planning Department immediately upon its completion. In addition, Barry and Dick Rutherford
have met with the storm water department and directly resolved those remaining concerns.
Updated plans will be incorporated in our final submittal.
