On March 3, 2000, the Current. Planning Department received revised plans. On March 16, 2000, the City responded with comments based on the March 3, 2000 submittal and forwarded a June -14, 2000, as the deadline re -submittal of revisions to the City of Fort Collins. This June 14, 2000, deadline represented a 90-day time frame based on Land Use Code Section 2.2.11. Early June 2000 your Architect was advised that the 90-day re -submittal time frame was about to expire on June 14, 2000. Consequently, an extension request on June 14, 2000, for an additional 30-days to submit revisions was granted by the Interim Planning Director to work on a collective parking agreement with Carmike Theater. The 30-day extension was granted until July 14, 2000, and elaborated that there could be no additional extensions provided due to Land Use Code provisions. The July 14, 2000, extension also noted that if complete revised plans were not submitted by the time indicated the application would become null and void. A voice mail was forwarded on July 11, 2000, informing your Architect that plan revisions were needed based on the fact that staff comments had not been fully addressed. The Current Planning Department has yet to receive the necessary plans. Hence, as a follow-up to letter dated July 14, 2000, the Autawash Project Development Plan is now deemed null and void. To resurrect the review of a project development plan, complete plan re -submittal and fees would be needed. The City of Fort Collins may entertain the possibility 281 North College Avenue • PO.
