PDP 60-day resubmittal deadline extension
Dear Mr. Bernth,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 60-day extension to the
Park South Commercial Plan, 2"d Filing Lot 2-B, Valvoline Oil Change PDP
deadline. With the original due date of April 2, 2004, the extension will create a
new deadline of June 1, 2004. This will hopefully give you sufficient time to
resolve outstanding issues raised during the process.
