Noah,
As we recently discussed, we are working again in earnest with Pedersen Toyota on finalizing the
plans for their dealership expansion based on the previously approved PDP plans. The project was
delayed for quite some time based on coordination of construction budgets, costs and details, and
with the process of reviews required through Toyota manufacturing. Since our PDP expiration is
eminent, we would like to request an extension as is allowed by the Land Use Code. Our goal is to
finalize our plans in a comprehensive manner in hopes that city staff reviews can be constructive
and efficient rather than push in a submittal to meet the expiration deadline.
A six month extension should allow us to complete the plans and account for the continued Toyota
manufacturing reviews. Mark Pedersen has prepared the attached letter with this request.
