Project Hazard Analysis
The hazardous material that we anticipate will be stored in this facility is as follows:

1. Chlorine — This facility contains a lap pool, therapy pool and a hot tub. The disinfectant system
to be utilized will be a chlorine system. These chemicals will be contained in a one hour rated
room and will be brought in through a non public access near the point of storage and use.
2. Oxygen — The rehabilitation area will at times utilize small mobile oxygen tanks for patients
with breathing difficulty. The tanks will be stored in a one hour rated room approximately 100
SF in size.
