The area around the north pole will remain at existing grade; approximately 1' of fill will be placed around the south pole. The easement in question is not an exclusive easement. The power poles are in a Drainage and Utility Easement. DCB is presently working with the electric company to coordinate grading around the poles. 26 A table has been provided. The fire access lanes are 25'-0" as required. -3- Engineering - Drainage Outfall, General, Landscape, Plat Engineering — Sheri wamhoff 39 Storm_1A_is_being built_now. 40 Easement process has been initiated with Natural Resources. 38 Two benchmarks have been provided. 41 A pan will be constructed across the width of the intersection; a riprap pad has been added. 42 Spots have been added (see Grading Plan) and label has been updated. 43 So noted. 44 Mill and overlay hatch and note has been added to plans. 45 Spot elevations added to Grading Plan. 46 Curb & gutter and 2' pan will be built from existing end of curb to the 10' cross pan. 47 Future ramp has been added. 48 A variance has been requested for the cross pan. 49 Utilities will still have access to the existing road. 50 We have had correspondence with JR Engineering and they will tie into our design at the tracks. 51 JR Engineering does not have grades for flowline and only preliminary centerline grades. It does not appear they have ground topo, as the elevation of the tracks is different from ours. We have addressed these comments from the various departments and offer the following response: Current Planning -Building, General, Landscape, Site Current Planning — Steve Olt 30 Standards have not been sent to us of this date. 62 Elevation references have been corrected on plans. 63 The two short wall sections have been changed to masonry as requested. 64 The Fire Lane has been identified on the plan accordingly. 29 So noted. 57 A wavier request similar to phase I has been attached and submitted to the Director of Planning 65 The landscape plan has been revised to conform with the % of trees species. 56 The site plan has been enhanced accordingly with additional information. 58 Refer to added statistic chart on sheet PDP — 2 for leasable area. 59 Refer to added fence details on sheet PDP-2 and site plan for fence locations. 60 The sewer easement across the site has been identified. 61 Refer to revised site plan for added information as requested. 27 (a) comment noted.
