We would recommend and ask for direction on the escrowing of the landscaped area at the area. 32 The City approval signature has been corrected as noted. Light and Power — Doug Martine 66 Comment noted. The street light has been added to both the site and landscape plan. Trees and shrubs have been moved to accommodate these lights. 67 Comment Noted. 68 Knox boxes will be provided accordingly.. Stormwater Utility — Basil Hamdan 20 20' easement has been provided. Process has been completed with Natural Resources for the easement. These easements have been shown on the plans 24. Comment noted. Line types have been coordinated between plan and legend. 69 A 24" X 38" horizontal elliptical storm pipe is now being proposed. Wth this configuration, 4.25' of cover has been established with 12" separation between water line and storm sewer (outside to outside). A variance is being requested to reduce the min. coverage over the water line. Transportation Planning — Tom Reiff 8 A Striping Plan has been added to Sheet C13 of plan set. 10 The corrections have been made accordingly. We have addressed these comments from the various departments and offer the following response: Current Planning -Building, General, Landscape, Site Current Planning — Steve Olt 81 Elevation references have been corrected on the plans. 82 The NR board has approved this easement and has sent it to City Council for final approval. The scheduled City Council meetings are 12.16.03 and 1.6.04. 78 Comment noted. These standards have been review. 79 We are in receipt of the interpretation from the Planning Director. We appreciate the clarification. There has not been any interior landscaping added to the plan per the clarification 80 Additional landscaping has been added where indicated to provide screening from the street. 77 The relined comments from Doug Martine has been picked up.
