Letter of Intent
Lot 33 is zoned industrial as is lot 32, Lots 32 and 33 are being replatted to a single property.
The addition of storage building will be added to lot 33 that resemble the buildings on lot 32.
The proposed architecture is metal buildings with a masonry fagade that face Midpoint and
Sharp Point drive.
The landscaping is designed to match the phase one of Midpoint self storage and meet the city's
landscaping requirements.
