The land will not be re -platted at this time until the owner develops the opposite site. At that time the owner has the need to re -plat this site. 17. Please refer to revised civil plans for added hydrology calculations. 18. Please refer to the revised erosion control plan for added calculations. 19. There has been added plans to each of the civil construction documents. 20.The existing trees have not been shown as they are desired to be removed for the development of this site. Please note that 6 new 3" caliper trees have been added to the site for the exchange of these. 21. Please see the response located above at #20. 22. The sidewalk at the apartment building is 6'-0" wide as requested. 23. The entry into the site has been revised and detailed with a driveway cut as required. 24. The redlines have been returned for your use. All comments were reviewed and addressed within these revised plans. Please review our package and call me directly with any comments or questions. Refer to the added fence detail at the rear of the site. We have revised the fence location so the fence does not cross the drainage ditch. 14. Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Re: Midpoint Self -Storage Project @ Prospect Industrial Park #28-98 Lot 32, Type II (Luc) Dear Mr. Olt: Upon receipt of your staff comments, dated February 17, 2001, we have worked to respond to each of those comments. We have enclosed both quantities of sets and written responses that outline our revisions. We have met with many of the departments to directly address their specific comment. We would request that our submittal be reviewed within the City of Fort Collins guidelines and be used to submit to formal Zoning Commission for hearing and approval. Per various recent discussions with the selling property owner Bill Reynolds, we have made alterations per the cities requests. We have added additional six 3" caliper trees to the site as per the direct recommendation of the City of Fort Collins. You will find these revisions on sheet SP-2 of this package. Please find the following response: a. The building envelope note for each building has been added to the site plan along with dimensions to the lot lines. b.
