Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Re: Midpoint Self Storage Solutions Prospect Industrial Park PDP #28-98B Dear Mr. Gloss: I have been recently received a copy of your April 10 letter that provide us the clarification in regards to significant tree removal request. We have revised our landscape plans to add in the additional six 3 inch caliper trees as requested and responded to the comments received on February 15, 2001. In addition, 10 sets of the revised development plans and a $200.00 application fee has been included. Following conversations with our client, Midpoint Self -Storage Solutions, it is desired to have the PDP application review by the option one that was outlined in your letter. It was felt that keeping the review process combined with both the planning and zoning boards would simplify and expedite its review.
