I was the only one that recieved a revised copy of the Utility Plan prior to the hearing and that was only for reference for that hearing. There may also be easements that need to be recorded before approving the plans ? The Transportation Development review Fee still applies as we still need to do at least one round of FCP review + the mylar review and prepare a development agreement. Steve, I am leaving at noon today and off tomorrow to get a Lasik procedure done on my eyes. Can we meet and fill out the routing sheet before noon today ? We have all the drawings and everything ready, and they have been ready since our Public Hearing. We need to know if engineering is going to need a full review, if we need to pay for the TDR fee, and the number of copies to submit for routing. We will do an initial 3-week round of Final Plan review and, hopefully, ask for mylars
