Don,
I did receive 3 mylars of the subdivision plat and 1 mylar of the Site & Landscape Plan. I do need one
mylar of the Building Elevations.
As for recording the aforementioned documents, I can start that process when Randy Maizland informs
me that the Development Agreement and utility plans are signed. Both of those documents could be
signed by the end of this week. He indicated that the Development Construction Permit could be ready in
about 2 - 3 weeks. Please stay in touch with Randy (416-2292 or rmaizlandafcgov.com) about the DCP.

I dropped off the Mylars for Prospect Industrial Park earlier this week.
Do You have a estimated time when they will be recorded and complete? My
client is asking for progress, and I think they want to know when they can
get a building permit.
