Curb returns, easements and utilities locations have been coordinated between the site and landscape plans and utility plans. 10. The oil and sand separator has been shown on the site and landscape plans. 11. The location of existing transit stops have been described in a note on the site plan. 12. A 28' Access Easement has been added along the rear property line 13. The fence has been moved out of the utility easement and on to the property lines. 14. The trash enclosure has been modified to include recycling. 15. A note stating, `If hazardous materials are to be used or stored on the project site, a HMIA, Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis will be completed at time of building pernut' has been added to the site plan. 16. The fence has been moved to the property line. 2. a. The trash enclosure has been modified to include recycling. An elevation of the trash enclosure is located on the architectural elevation sheet, (sheet 4 of 5), plan information is located on the site plan, (sheet 1 of 5). b. A note stating, `If hazardous materials are to be used or stored on the project site, a HMIA, Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis will be completed at time of building permit' has been added to the site plan. 3. a. Service areas are not intended to be used for outdoor storage. b. Buildings A and B will share the trash enclosure. Plan information for the trash enclosure is located on the site plan (Sheet 1 of 5), and architectural elevations on (sheet 4 of 5). C. An additional tree has not been added to the easterly, or rear side, property line for Building A due to a utility conflict. A sewer line runs along the property line. d. Plan information for the trash enclosure is located on the site plan (sheet 1 of 5). An elevation of the trash enclosure is located with the architectural elevations (sheet 4 of 5). e. Acknowledged. f. Trees have not been added in the landscape setback area along the property line adjacent to United Van Lines due to a conflict with utilities. A sewer line runs along the property line. g. After contacting Peter Barnes regarding "full tree stocking", additional tares were added to the back of Building B due to the buildings high visability next to an undeveloped lot.
