The request is for a 6,900 square foot building and a 7,200 square foot building on 1.37 acres. The facilities will be primarily industrial uses, with some potential office uses. The site is located on the northeast side of Midpoint Drive in the Prospect Industrial Park, adjacent to and northwest of the existing United Van Lines. The property is in the — Industrial Zoning District. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
