The southernmost sidewalk connection from Mitchell Drive has been revised to be more direct and terminates in a plaza that overlooks the detention area. C. After meeting with planning staff and coordinating with water/ wastewater staff, it was concluded that if the tower connection was a habitable space, then the proposal would be considered one building. We have made this change by creating office space in the tower and have made a more direct south sidewalk treatment thereby eliminating the need to request modifications. 15. Acknowledged. 16.
