Dear Resident:
On Thursday, January 28, 1999, beginning at 6:30pm, 281 North College
Avenue*, the Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative
Hearing for the Palmer Design Center, Project Plan.
The request is for 17,644 square feet of commercial/retail uses in a
proposed building located at the southeast corner of East Horsetooth Road
and Mitchell Drive, west of the Continental Plaza office building. The
property is in the C — Commercial Zoning District.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time
between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental
situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please
feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors
may have the opportunity to attend.
