On Thursday, March 25, 1999, at 1:30 p.m., at 281 North College Avenue,
Fort Collins, CO. 80524, the Current Planning Director will hold an administrative
hearing to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is
known as:
Platte River Power Authority Wireless Telecommunications
Equipment, 2000 East Horsetooth Road, #52-98
This is a request by Nextel to install three new antennas for wireless
telecommunications onto an existing monopole located on the northern portion of
Platte River Power Authority property. The request is a co -location only. There
will no new pole constructed. The site is located at the northwest corner of
Horsetooth and Timberline Roads.
In addition, there will a new shed constructed at the base of the existing pole to
house transmission equipment. This shed will be 231 square feet and be located
behind a fence.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
