The proposed project is commonly known as Wireless Telecommunications Equipment — Project Development Plan, #58-98. The light fixture is located along the right foul line, just past the dugout. The property is located north of west Mulberry Street, south of LaPorte Avenue, west of Impala Drive (please see map on reverse.) The property is zoned R-L — Low Density Residential District. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please Note: Due to the number of projects being reviewed by the Board, there is no guarantee this item will be heard on the date advertised. For the benefit of those attending the meeting, the Board typically sets their schedule at the beginning of the meeting.
