The project is known as The Pavilion Shopping Center, 4366 S. College WTE, Cricket — Type I, File #21-OOB. This is a request for a co -location of an antenna on an existing monopole located behind TJMaxx, 4366 S. College Avenue in the Pavilion Shopping Center. The project is north of Harmony Road, south of Troutman Parkway, east of south College Avenue and west of Boardwalk Drive; zoned HC — Harmony Corridor. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
