COLLEGE) WTE, CRICKET, #21-OOB, and we offer the following comments: ISSUES: Department: Building Inspection 11 Issue Contact: Rick Lee Please find attached comment sheet from the Building Department. Department: Current Planning 7 Issue Contact: Troy Jones Originally, when this existing pole was first submitted as an application by Nextel, there was also an application for another monopole by Verizon about 400 feet to the north of this site. As part of the review, we required the two poles to combine together onto one pole. The approved drawings for the existing pole shows that the second provider from the top is Verizon. We intend ensure that Verizon is allowed to be at that approved location. Move the Cricket location to the third provider from the top. 8 Issue Contact: Troy Jones This project does not go to the Planning and Zoning Board. It goes to a type 1 hearing. Do not use the Planning and Zoning Board signature block on the first page. Instead, use the Director of Planning Signature Block. See attached example. 12 Issue Contact: Troy Jones As soon as the Current Planning and Poudre Fire Authority comments are addressed, we can schedule this for a type 1 hearing.
