Stringer, a note has 'been added to the'Site Plan which states: "See Pinnacle
Townhomes Final Utility -Plans for Sidewalk Extension to the West."
7. Water Wastewater (Jeff Hill)
161. The redlined site and landscape plans did not have any marked comments or
revisions.
I believe this addresses all of the outstanding issues related to the Site and Landscape Plans.
Please review the plans and if everything is satisfactory, give me a call and we will prepare the ,
required mylars for signatures and -the City's records.

Resubmittal -"Response Letter to Site and Landscape Plans
Dear Cameron:
-As requested in your Staff Project Review of July 8, 2002, enclosed please find five (5) copies of
the revised Site Planand'five (5) copies of the revised Landscape Plan for your review
addressing the concerns of your last review.
In response to the most recent review 'dom ments concerning the Site Plan and Landscape Plan, ;
please note the following: .
1. Current Planning (Cameron Gloss)
158. The note labeling the parking lot "flood lights" has been revised to reference
General Note #4.
"2. Engineering (Dave Stringer)
116. Although the plan on Sheet,I is a small scale (17=100'), sheets 2'and 3 enlarge
the landscape plan (sheet 1).to a scale of 17= 30' so that is easier to read and sheet 1
is to be used as a reference guide only. Also, the plantings in the cul-de-sac have "
been changed to only, one tree with low growing shrubs. These shrubs include Blue
Chip Juniper (JHB) which grows to a height of 8-10 inches, Goldmound Spirea
(SNS) which grows to a height of 2 feet, and one (1) English Oak (QR) tree planted _
in the center of the island.:
3. Xcel Energy (Len Hilderbrand)
170. This note is on the Landscape Plan — See "Plant Notes" # 14. ,
4. Light & Power (Alan Rutz))
151. This streetlight has been relocated on both the Site Plan and Landscape Plan.
Trees have been adjusted accordingly..
5. Floodplain Comments (Wes Lamarque)
163. The requested note has been added to the Site"Plan.
