The increase in the flow depth meets the city criteria. Please call after your review so we may discuss the steps needed to get final approval for the proposed siteplan change. The City approved siteplan had single family homes that are proposed to be replaced with five town homes. Thus, the amount of imperious area has slightly increased. The purpose of this letter is to show that the approved drainage collection system is. capable of conveying and containing the slight increase in discharge. The following table summarizes the approved condition and the newly proposed condition. The "approved" condition parameters listed below are from the project's final drainage report as approved by the City.
