Last August you requested the City stop reviewing your application and refund any application fees that were not
used in the review process. Based on this request, the City closed the project file and refunded approximately
half of the $3,997 application fee paid to cover the review cost of the project. This action "voided" the
application, removing it from the list of pending projects.
If you wish to continue with the project, a new application will need to be filed, including all relevant submittal
requirements and all fees paid. I would encourage you to revise the previous site plan, addressing the remaining
staff comments prior to submitting the project. Normally, a project development plan takes 4 to 6 months for
review and approval. Since this project has been reviewed already, a review time of 3 months for approval may
be more realistic.
I would encourage you to set up a meeting with Susan Joy in the Engineering Department to discuss the alley
improvements related to the project.

Dear Bob,
Last year we had begun the process of establishing a bed and breakfast at our
residence at 400 E. Olive Street. Due to many factors we stopped that
process in mid August. You were our new contact at that time. We would like
to know if it would be possible to proceed with that process, and if so what
it would take and the approximate time frame for completion of the process.
