Dear Beverly,
As I mentioned on the phone a T1S regarding the bicycling, pedestrians and transit components would not be required. A short
memo addressing how the refurbished facility would maintain the level of service for bicycling, walking and making transit
connections would suffice.
Regarding the second part of your question - the Transportation Planning Department does not impose any development
impact fees.
Other comments may apply further into the development review process.

Thank you for speaking with me a short while ago. Since you did not receive
my initial e-mail concerning our project I am duplicating it below. I would
appreciate your comments E-mailed back. Thank you so much.
We are currently in the planning stages of converting our residence at 400
E. Olive into a five bedroom Bed & Breakfast. We have been advised to
contact you concerning issues addressed in our Conceptual Review Staff
Comments letter. If you did not receive a coy I will be happy to provide you
with one. This property was a restaurant for twenty-five (25) years before
it was converted back into a residence in December of 1998.
a. Will a Transportation Impact Study be needed?
b. Are there any fees required?
