I have run the calculations on the Street Oversizing Fee for 400 E. Oliva from the information you supplied. It appears the
B&B would be essentially equal to the previous low volume sit down restaurant use. Therefore, I estimate there would be no
additional Street Oversizing Fees due for this project.
