Dear Ms. Brady, (Park Planning)
We are currently in the planning stages of converting our residence at
400 E. Olive into a five bedroom Bed & Breakfast. We have been advised to
contact you concerning issues addressed in our Conceptual Review Staff
Comments letter. Please refer to this letter. If you did not receive a copy
I will be happy to provide you with one. This property was a restaurant for
twenty-five (25) years before it was converted back into a residence in
December 1998.
a. Are there any requirements or fees required by the Park Planning
Department for this type of project?
Thank you for your assistance. We are anticipating an October opening
and we understand that this process could take two months. Your expedient
reply would be greatly appreciated.
