Statement of Planning Objectives:
We are converting our residence at 400 East Olive Street into a five -bedroom bed and
breakfast. We will utilize three (3) existing bedrooms in the main house as guestrooms
with no changes to the structure as it currently exists. The carriage house will be
converted into two (2) bedrooms and baths per the enclosed plans.
