No other comments at this time. Please submit 3 signed and stamped reports with your next submittal for approval. Department: Water Wastewater Issue Contact: Terry Ferril Topic: General 42 6/12/02 Note If 5, under general notes, on sheet 2 of 7 needs to be corrected to indicate that the water and sanitary sewer construction shall conform to the most current specifications and requirements of the Fort Collins - Loveland Water District and the South Fort Collins Sanitation District respectively. 43 6/12/02 Note # 13, under general notes, on sheet 2 of 7 and note #1, under waterline note, needs to be corrected to indicate a minimum and maximum bury of 5 and 6 feet respectively. 44 6/12/02 Note #3 on the standard concrete thrust block typical on sheet 6 of 7 is to be corrected to indicate a text pressure of 150 psi. 45 6/12/02 The District's standard signature block is to be included on all water and sanitary sewer sheets. 46 6/12/02 The District will require another review due to the nature of the above comments. Department: Zoning Topic: Zoning Issue Contact: Peter Barnes 6/12/02 "Down directional" information still needed. 3/15/02 They need to indicate how tall the exterior pole lights are, and also that they will be down directional, etc. 6/12/02 REPEAT COMMENT 3/15/02 The trash enclosure must be of similar materials as the building, 3.5.1(1)(2). Should provide note to that affect. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit. COLLINS, CO 80525 Staff has reviewed your submittal four POUDRE FIRE AUTHORITY STATION #14 - PDP, #14-02 and FINAL COMPLIANCE #14-02A, and we offer the following comments: ISSUES: Department: Current Planning Issue Contact: Troy Jones Topic: General 47 6/12102 Make sure the District signs the utility plan mylars (on all water and sanitary sewer sheets) before you submit mylars to the City for signatures. Also, be sure to have the owner's signature and notarization on the site plan mylars. 48 6/18/02 To elaborate on the zoning comment #6, you did not submit sheet 1 of 5 which has the site plan's general notes on it, so if that's where you addressed the comment, that's why zoning didn't see it. Please provide a note specifying the materials of the trash enclosure. I will check to see that this item has been addressed on the mylars. 49 6/18/02 We're ready for mylars, so long as all the above comments are addressed on them. Work directly with the District to address their comments, and make sure the solutions are incorporated on the mylars. Please submit a final paper copy of the site plan, landscape plan, and elevations (sheets 1 of 5 through 5 of 5) for the file. Topic: lighting plan 31 6/18/02 Please provide a specification sheet on fixtures "AA" and "EE" in order to verify that they are "down - directional. This can be faxed to me (Troy Jones) at 416-2020, or brought to me at the Current Planning Department. 4117101 The lighting fixtures on the poles must be down -directional cut-off fixtures in accordance with 3.2.4(D)(3) of the LUC.
