The proposed project is commonly known as the Poudre Fire Station #14, Project Development Plan, File # 14-02. This Project Development Plan is a request to construct a new 7,700 square foot fire station on a 38,659 square foot lot in the Westchase Development at the southeast corner of Timberline Road and Westchase Road. This fire station is one out of two eventual uses for the neighborhood center for the Westchase PUD. Part of the request is to modify section 3.5.3(B)(2)(a) of the Land Use Code where it requires lots with frontage on more than one street to satisfy build -to line requirements to a street corner. The PDP is located within the Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood District, L-M-N. The City of Fort Collins Planning Staff considers your interest and input in this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important part of the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
