Request for Extension
In order to keep this project in the development review process, we are
requesting the allowed 60-day extension for the re -submittal of the
Prospect/1-25 ODP - Type II (LUC) # 20-03.
The applicant is in the process of resolving/investigating some major Cooper
Slough/Boxelder Creek floodplain issues that could potentially affect the plan.
This has caused additional time to process the re -submittal and therefore a
request for a 60-day extension.
Date of staff comment letter: July 17, 2003
90-days: October 17, 2003
60-day extension: December 16, 2003

Subject: Prospect/1-25 Overall Development Plan (ODP) resubmittal deadline 60-
day extension
Dear Ms. Mathis,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 60-day extension to the
Prospect/1-25 Overall Development Plan (ODP) resubmittal deadline of October
17, 2003. This extension results in a new deadline of December 16, 2003. This
will hopefully give you sufficient time to obtain resolve floodplain issues
potentially impacting this application.
