The applicant is still in the process of working with CDOT on some major Cooper Slough/Boxelder Creek floodplain issues having to do with Interstate-25 box culverts. This has caused additional time to process the re -submittal and therefore a request for another extension. Per the Land Use Code Section 2.2.11(A), we acknowledge that this is the last allowable extension without re- submitting the ODP. Mountain Ave., Suite 201 Fort Collins, CO 80521-2604 Subject: Prospect/1-25 Overall Development Plan (ODP) resubmittal deadline 30-day extension Dear Ms. Mathis, The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 30-day extension to the Prospect/1-25 ODP resubmittal deadline to work with CDOT to address outstanding storm drainage issues related to existing box culverts. Under the Land Use Code, I am authorized to grant one additional extension of 30 days. Therefore, the new deadline will be January 15, 2004. Please note that failure to resubmit a complete set of revised plans will result in the automatic lapse of the development application, which will therefore become null and void.
