Request for Extension
In order to keep this project in the development review process, we are
requesting the allowed additional 30-day extension for the re -submittal of the
Prospect/1-25 ODP - Type II (LUC) # 20-03.
The applicant is still in the process of working with CDOT on some major Cooper
Slough/Boxelder Creek floodplain issues having to do with Interstate-25 box
culverts. This has caused additional time to process the re -submittal and
therefore a request for another extension. Per the Land Use Code Section
2.2.11(A), we acknowledge that this is the last allowable extension without re-
submitting the ODP.
Date of staff comment letter: July 17, 2003
90-days: October 17, 2003
60-day extension: December 16, 2003
30-day extension: January 15, 2004

Subject: Prospect/1-25 Overall Development Plan (ODP)
resubmittal deadline 30-day extension
Dear Ms. Mathis,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved a 30-day extension to the
Prospect/1-25 ODP resubmittal deadline to work with CDOT to address
outstanding storm drainage issues related to existing box culverts. Under the
Land Use Code, I am authorized to grant one additional extension of 30 days.
Therefore, the new deadline will be January 15, 2004. Please note that failure
to resubmit a complete set of revised plans will result in the automatic
lapse of the development application, which will therefore become null and
void.
